At Thrive Pulmonary Health, we believe that everyone deserves clear answers, practical tools, and compassionate support to manage their lung health with confidence.

I’m Janelle — a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 13 years of experience in pediatrics, critical care, and chronic disease management. But before anything else, I’m a mom.

When my son was first diagnosed with asthma, my world shifted. I found myself on the other side of the healthcare system I had spent my career in — not as the provider, but as a parent, scared and overwhelmed by long wait times, repeated emergency visits, and far too many unanswered questions. Using my clinical background, I was able to advocate for his care, but I quickly realized how many families were struggling to find the same clarity and support.

That’s what inspired me to create Thrive Pulmonary Health: a space where education, wellness and coaching come together to empower families and individuals with the knowledge and confidence they need to manage their symptoms, reduce flare-ups, and live fully.
